Responsibilities
- Proper and effective diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing of vehicle in accordance to guidelines to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Proper usage of sepcial tools, literature and available diagnostic methods in accordance to guidelines.
- Conduct storage maintenance on all new vehicles in storage and assist with vehicle movement to ensure smooth operations of Vehicle Preparation Centre.
- Completing the assigned tasks within the daily throughput and aligning with the practices and procedures.
- Ensure that the checklist and vehicle job order documents are updated and signed upon completion of the work.
- Adhering to the workshop-related rules and regulations such as cleanliness, tidiness, and guidelines for preventing accidents and environmental protection.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
Requirements:
- NITEC/NTC3 certificate or a higher equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Class 3 Singapore driving license is a plus.
