Our client is a Japanese MNC in consumer electronics, business equipment and Electrical components.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders for the Local Sales Team, B2B Team, and E-commerce platforms (such as Lazada & Q10), as well as staff purchases.
- Prepare Loan Goods Forms for Road Show Events.
- Issue Goods Return/Exchange requests for faulty sets.
- Update product inventory on E-commerce platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries about products in E-commence platforms.
- Coordinate with Sales and Logistics departments regarding sales promotions, uploading new product information, delivery schedules, barcode information, etc.
- Prepare letters for sales promotions and new product launches.
- Distribute Stock Positions to relevant parties.
- Download Stock Advice Reports for the Service Team.
- Update and generate sales reports for sales and management.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an 'N'/'O'/'A' Level, ITE, or Diploma qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Must be independent and capable of multitasking.
- Familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
- Previous experience in sales administrative support roles is preferred.
