Responsibilities
· Ensure all operations are carried on smoothly and in cost-effective way
· Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
· Formulate strategic and operational objectives
· Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
· Manage budgets and forecasts
· Participate in tender bids and negotiate contracts
· Recruit, train and supervise staff
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Perform any other reasonable duties and task assigned by company as and when required
