Job Description
- Meet and understand client’s requirements and preferences
- Prepare design proposals that align with the client’s preferences and budget
- Provide professional advice to clients regarding design concept, material selection and renovation solutions
- Work with sub-contractors and suppliers to understand and source for materials
- Develop creative solutions in design planning
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Preferably possess a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
- Preferably proficient in
a) AutoCAD or other BIM software
b) Experienced in 3D modeling and rendering software
Salary
3-5k Base + Commission
