- 4 weekdays, 10am - 7pm
- 1 weekend, 8am - 6pm
- Reporting Location: Thomson Plaza HQ
Job Description
- Work closely with Operations Manager to assist various departments to ensure that Learning Point Centres are able to operate smoothly
- Responsible for teacher relief management (deploy relief teachers when the main teacher is unavailable, track teacher relief inquiries, consistently update list of available full-time teachers for cover classes, consistently update relief pool list for cover classes etc)
- Arrange onboarding procedures for new teachers (briefings, handover sessions, arrangement of lesson observations, co-teachings etc)
- Arrange offboarding procedures for exiting teachers (teacher transitions, handover reports etc)
- Support the Manager in annual class planning, timetable planning and classroom optimisation (teacher-class allocation, optimise classroom utilisation, no clash in back-to-back arrangements etc)
- Support the Manager in planning and managing various calendars (term and lesson calendar, calendar of events, etc)
- Support the Manager in coordinating and executing the planning of ad-hoc programmes (open house, booster classes, replacement classes, holiday programmes, seminars etc)
- Assist with curriculum management (monitor timeline for curriculum submission, uploading and printing of worksheets, curriculum access rights for teachers, supplementary materials/projects)
- Support the Resource team in managing a group of interns, including assignment of duties, managing their work hours, etc.
- Work closely with the Manager to assess and improve processes and policies
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
