Job Description
- Leads and supervises the team in the study of Tender contract conditions, preambles, architectural and engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Reviews the requirements of the tender documents and establish a clear understanding of the Client's needs.
- Verifies and submits completed tender evaluation for Management’s approval.
- Ensures proper and timely submission of tenders.
- Upon award of contract, supervises the execution of the formal contract and makes certain that the Client's needs are met.
- Resolves any issues that may arise during the contractual period
- Provides advice on contractual, tender, and claim issues.
