Responsibilities:
- Prepare contracts & project administration
- Taking-off quantities for tendering and ongoing project
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, payment, budget & cost control and settlement of final account
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement
- Budget preparation and cost presentation to management
- Manage material orders, order documentation and project account
Requirements:
- Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering from a recognized University, or Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying from a recognized Polytechnic
- Preferably have local construction experiences
- Computer literacy in MS office especially Excel
- With Autocad and drafting experience will be an advantage
