Job Description
- Coordinate projects and supervise site workers/subcontractors
- Coordinate and ensure targeted completion dates are met
- Prioritize tasks, identify risks, and provide relevant solutions
- Provide up-to-date information to the Project Manager regularly
- Carry out routine daily tasks and procedures of the project
- Monitor schedules and deadlines as appropriate
- Review CAD drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by site workers/subcontractors
- Interact with relevant teams to ensure the smooth functioning of projects
- Coordinate with customers for proposals and manage onsite project execution
- Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedures and maintain good housekeeping
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress and quality
- Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing onsite projects (semicon industry)
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
- Candidates with CSOC and WAH certificates will be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Able to lead and work independently
