Job Description
- An expert on HR policies and processes, handling stakeholders' requests & inquiries.
- Full employee life cycle management, managing the entire onboarding and offboarding process.
- Benefits and Leave enrollment and administration, including ensuring accurate and correct employee benefits information in the third-party system by Boardroom.
- Employee insurance enrollment and administration, including claim processing.
- Partner with payroll team to provide monthly inputs for payroll processing.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the completion of HR processes.
- To streamline and develop changed processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency.
- HR reporting and analysis derived from varying data sources.
Requirement
- Degree in any discipline with min 3 years of generalist experience.
- Prior experience using SAP successfactor a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills.
