Job Title: QA Engineer (ID8149)
Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: $4000 - $5000
Job Description:
Ensure proper usage and calibration of measuring equipment
〮 Managing customers' request and complaints (KIS)
〮 Ensure customer request is reflected in process and participates in assessing CAR/8D if necessary
• Managing the FMEA & Control plan
• Having analysis knowledge of the SPC chart
• Experience of conducting Audit for the customer
• Supervising QC activities (One-point-lesson etc)
• Compiling Raw Material Inspection/Certificate report
• MES management (measurement lock and report format etc)
• Rework Data Compiling
• Weekly Report
• Part Measurement (SureInspect / Ultrascan etc)
• Conduct Various audits (Internal process, Site, Supplier etc )
• Handle Audits from customers and ISO certification bodies
• Document Control of whole KTS
• Maintain and generate Quality Management System procedures and processes
• New employee Briefing and OJT for Quality portion only
• Continual Improvement Activities
• Process/ Line Audit per month
Requirement:
• At least Diploma in any field
• 4 or more years of relevant experience
• Clear commuication and documentation skills to liaise with associates and handle documents
• ISO audit experience
