Job Description :
- Provide support to Sales Department by providing technical advice relating to customer inquiry.
- Provide on-site technical service to local & regional customer as and when required.
- Follow up with customer on plant trial and provide technical advice
- Determine new sources of raw materials together with Purchasing Department for product improvement and cost reduction.
- Maintain and participate in ISO quality systems and other industrial certification systems
- Perform task as assigned by supervisor
