Responsibilities:
- Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E work to meet the project schedule.
- To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
- Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
- Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients and from the subcontracts.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 2 years working experienced in the related field is required for this position
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
