Temp Admin Assistant

Dynamic Human Capital Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare workshop materials for faculty development program, pre and post workshops of APMEC.
  • Prepare speakers' bio and abstracts, slides, audio-visual, and other materials.
  • Assist in registration logistics such as lanyards, packing, etc.
  • Help ensure the accuracy and update of information on the conference website.
  • Proof-read the soft copy of the conference handbook.
  • Assist in preparing and/or sending publicity materials.
  • Perform post-event data entry.
  • Perform any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder
  • Experience in conference management is a must.
  • Knowledge of using Zoom webinar and Zoom meetings.
  • Knowledge in operating AV equipment, such as projectors, laptops, and slides.
  • Knowledge in designing collaterals.
  • Confident and calm demeanor.
  • Independent worker and good team player.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
