Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in sourcing, review contract, vendor management, vendor set up and cost savings
- Support all sourcing & procurement activities for new or existing business including transition activities
- Be responsible for saving deliverables
- To manager and negotiate pricing, commercial terms with suppliers and recommend the most competitive suppliers and subcontractor
- Review specifications and ensure materials ordered meet proper quality standard and comply to contract specifications
- Manage vendor insurance program: insurance payment tracking, follow and renew contract insurance
- Review external providers (i.e.vendors and subcontractors) term of service and project deliverables
- Support, development and implementation of procurement guidelines and processes
- Collaborate with other functions as required (i.e. Project & Engineering, Finance, HR)
- Possess leadership skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, thinks strategically and critically, exercising judgement after consideration for all aspect.
- Support any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior not limited to duties/responsibilities a described above and which may be subject to changes as needed to support the business requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree
- Min. 5 years of experience in procurement preferably construction (M&E) industry
- Have experience working in large scale projects
- Experienced in contract negotiation, administration and /or management
- Knowledge in construction/contract law & different standard forms of contracts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem solving abilities, as well as keen interest and motivation in a high growth and entrepreneur environment
- A high level of integrity, dependability with strong sense of urgency and result orientated
