Responsibilites:
· Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with division objectives and client needs.
· Define the sales strategy for the division and enhance long-term business growth sustainability.
· Guide sales teams in collaborating with each site to achieve company goals synergistically.
· Identify and mitigate risks that will potentially impact divisional sales performance, and develop contingency plans to address disruptions.
· Foster open communication within the teams and collaborate with senior management, product development, and other stakeholders to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
· Any other tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
· Degree in Business Studies or relevant discipline
· Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the Semiconductor industry encompassing market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
· Possess an extensive grasp of EUV products and emerging market trends, and demonstrate the ability to cultivate robust customer relationships within this industry.
· Capable of effectively leading a multicultural sales team spanning Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, the US, and the UK, and skilled in cultivating strong relationships with C-suite executives.
· Skilled in analyzing sales data, financial reports, and performance metrics to evaluate sales effectiveness, understand market dynamics, and optimize sales strategies.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers, stakeholders, and various departments, fostering collaboration and maximizing productivity. Additionally, proficient in negotiation to establish and sustain prosperous business relationships.
