Accounts Assistant

- Support in Payment and billing processing

- Verify and match invoices received and ensure that all supporting documents are attached.

- Data entry

- Update invoice and payment information into accounting system.

- Maintain good documentation and filing system

- Ensure compliance with Company policies, processes and procedures

- Any ad-hoc finance processing duties as assigned


Requirement:

- At least O'level with at least 1 year of accounting experience

- Good team player

- Good in Ms office


Location: 2 min walk from Jurong EAst
