ROLE OVERVIEW

This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees that fit the company’s future goals. The incumbent will use various channels and tools to find and reach potential candidates. Planning and participating in employer branding and recruitment events including but not limiting to analysing organizational development and hiring needs and nurturing trusting relationships with candidates and employees.


Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing resumes, screening and shortlisting candidates and participating in the selection process and managing candidates outcomes.
  • eview job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job boards and ensure compliance to local statutory requirements.
  • Publish positions on advertisement channels and job portals, monitor process and track data and ensure advertisement meet local requirements and guidelines.
  • Manage resumes received; disseminate shortlisted applicants to Departments for review and track outcome.
  • Implement strategies to drive continuous recruitment efficiencies and quality metrics such as time-to-fill acancies that meet dynamic business needs, qualified applicants-per-requisition, acceptance rate, candidate-to-hire conversion rate, and retention/satisfaction scores.
  • Source candidates
  1. portals, headhunting, social media, and the internal referral program and careers job fairs or relevant source of recruitment platforms.
  2. Develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to quick turnaround time.
  3. Expand and strengthen recruitment channels for existing and future openings and internships.
  4. Tap into diverse recruiting resources that support recruiting activities by building relationships with internal and externa groups.
  5. Develop, support, and maintain employment advertising.
  • Manage and develop offers in line with approved guidelines and negotiate offers with candidates.
  • Support work pass application process (as needed).
  • Ensure new hires are onboarded by collaborating with line managers, IT and HR teams etc.
  • Accurately track and report on the recruitment, onboarding process based on agreed metrics.

Recruitment Administration and Support

  • Prepare salary proposals for shortlisted candidates and extend offer to candidate; ensuring proposed salaries are in alignment with internal guidelines.
  • Facilitate hiring documentation process and ensure these are e-filed/ approved by stakeholders.
  • Participate and support recruitment activities and events.
  • Prepare and generate recruitment reports.
  • Support / Managed any Talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an in-house recruiter or as a RecruitmentConsultant in talent sourcing.
  • Diploma / Degree with a qualification in HR Management.
  • Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant legislations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
  • Demonstrate business acumen with HR knowledge to advise business leaders in partnership with HR Operations Team on best practices on recruitment and external recruitment market conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Drive to success, good in networking
  • Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Prior experience in handling recruitment for mass hiring/non-executive positions will be an advantage.
