Job Summary:
As an Assistant Wealth Management professional at Abacus Asia Wealth Management, you will be crucial in supporting our Representatives/Portfolio Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will assist in various aspects of wealth management, from client relationship management to portfolio administration. Responsibilities:
- Assist in company operations and administration across all asset classes in investment portfolios.
- Maintain records of trade executions and portfolio performance assessments.
- Assist Representatives/Portfolio Managers in due diligence on investment opportunities, assessing market trends for investment decisions.
- Assist Representatives/Portfolio Managers in all phases of client relationship building, account maintenance, responding and reporting to clients’ inquiries promptly and professionally, and providing financial solutions to clients to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and reports under industry regulations.
- Other Ad-hoc support for Family Offices, Variable Capital Companies, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Professional Degree/ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, and Accounting or a related field.
- Must have at least two years of working experience; experience in Banking/Financial Services (e.g., asset management, family office, variable capital company) will be an additional advantage.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and a high degree of self-reliance and self-motivation when working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to handle queries and feedback from Mandarin-speaking counterparts regarding asset management matters).
