Your job roles and responsibilities will include the following:
- Handling HR system support cases and escalation of HR system issues
- Administering system functionalities
- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the HR systems remain fit for the organisation’s purpose
- Updating intranet content
- Managing company IT assets and equipment for HR and liaising with IT partners or vendors
- Maintaining accurate documentation of systems and processes
- Monitoring access controls and management of IT accounts
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance and data security
- Participating in process automation initiatives e.g Robotic Process Automation
Job Requirements:
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Information Systems/Technology or Business
- Resourceful and proactive team-player with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Possess good communication (written and spoken), analytical and problem-solving skills
- Inquisitive individual who is always seeking to learn and grow professionally
- Driven individual who is able to prioritise and meet deadlines promptly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors will be ideal
