Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for shipping projects such as order processing, preparation of shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders , import/export documents, etc
- Conduct scheduling and coordination of all administrative and logistical related matters
- Need liaise with vendor for custom license declaration
- Data Entry
- Fillings & General Administrative Duties
- Other ad-hoc duties deem fit by superior
Requirement:
- GCE O-level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Multi-task as when required
