· Supervise multiple teams of cleaners in multiple cleaning projects
· Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards and provide guidance when necessary
· Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower
· Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications
· Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality
· Interact and handle complaints and feedbacks and build relationships with customers
· Inspection the condition of all cleaning equipment
· Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed
· Resolve operational problems and make decisions
· Submit daily cleaning report
· Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace
Job Requirement
· Prior experience in the cleaning/conservancy industry with supervisory background
· Good leadership and management skills
· Strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
· Technology savvy and ability to think on your feet
· Attentive and service-oriented
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work night shift and split shift
