We are looking for a Retail Associate to join our team, dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers. As a sales professional, possessing a firm understanding of the sales process is paramount. This includes proficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, effective selling techniques, objection handling, deal closure, and meticulous follow-up. We're on the lookout for an individual whose drive and ambitions resonate with ours, someone who will motivate us to continually exceed our boundaries.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument such as violin, cello, or piano is essential.
- Possess an outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of engaging with people.
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with customers and drive sales.
- Thorough understanding of customer service principles with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Drive applications such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, with the capacity to quickly learn in-house software and cashiering systems.
- Punctuality is non-negotiable.
- Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and displaying pride in delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling products and services
- Ensure that every customer who visits the store is acknowledged with a friendly greeting
- Provide assistance and information required to encourage a purchase
- Eager to learn and participate in the company's training programs
- Perform tasks such as cleaning of the store, unpacking of stock, maintenance of musical instruments and other administrative tasks as necessary
- Perform cashiering duties
- Replenish displays to ensure that there is sufficient stock for selling and that visual merchandising is attractive to customers
- Establish long-term relationships with key customers, taking note of their preferences and past purchases
