IT Support, Associate
Location: Near Raffles Place MRT
Working Hours: 5 Days' Work Week
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations in our IT Support Function.
1. Responsibilities
1. Provide Level 1 & 2 IT hardware & software support to all staff in Singapore office
2. Manage and liaise with IT vendors in supporting IT equipment set‑up, troubleshooting, teardown, etc
3. Manage IT related contracts
4. Manage IT Assets (e.g. inventory control, purchase and disposal, including access card)
5. Review annually IT and BCP policies and procedures
6. Disseminate and facilitate the execution of system‑related procedures (from Head Office)
7. Review MAS notice related to IT and revise P&P, if needed
8. Annual review on user access for internal system (KINS)
9. Handle ad-hoc requests from Head Office
10. Prepare audit related IT documentation of outsourced service provider’s due diligence, as per MAS requirement (including services provided by Head Office)
2. Requirements
• Diploma in IT
• Min 2 years' IT support experience
• Good internal customer service and responsive whenever IT help is requested
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Good proficiency in written and verbal English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player, self-motivated and meticulous in daily work
• Flexible and able to work outside business hours as needed, to accommodate incoming VIP guests & company events
