FINANCE / HR EXECUTIVE

1. Business Financial Management

- Direct deal with outlet manager and support the brand based on analytical of timely and accurate financial information and also make recommendation for further improvement.

- Monitor and control business performance by comparison of actual results versus budget on a continuous basis and also propose for area improvement.

- Achieve cost savings and identify deviations from project plan by managing all cost control/reporting systems and procedures.

2. Management Reporting

- To take full responsibility for timely, accurate, and appropriate management information, including preparation of a monthly management financial report with support Management Decision Making such as Pacesetter Report.

- Manage full sets of accounts for entities assigned, including AR and AP functions and responsible for day-to-day transactions, month end reporting, cash flow management.

- Prepare/Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial and management reports and forecasts, account schedules, audit and tax schedules, balance sheet reconciliations and GST returns.

- Ensure timely and proper review of supporting documents during payment process

4. Management Information Systems

- To take an active and constructive part in the implementation of financial and operational systems.

5. Manage Balance Sheet Items

- To improve working capital, return on assets and CAPEX management.

6. Manage the full spectrum of HR function, which includes Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and employee relations, including payroll.

7. Handle all MOM / other statutory surveys.

8. Handle work permit application, renewal, cancellation and termination include expiration renewal.

9. Handle office administration.

10. Perform other duties or projects as assigned by supervisors
