About this role:
This role will be a 6-month contract position with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role. The incumbent will be part of a team to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resource Department.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Assist in full spectrum of recruitment processes (eg. posting of vacant positions on job portals, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, preparation of Letter of Appointment)
- Administer the Work Pass (WP, S Pass, EP) application, renewal and cancellation
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Onboard new hires when they join the company
- Offboard employees when they resign
Compensation & Benefits
- Involve in the implementation of the benefits and welfare programs of the company
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and external medical benefits providers and vendors
Employee Engagement
- Assist in the company-wide employee relation and employee engagement activities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on the preparation of company events
Administration
- Assist in knowledge and database management within the HR department. This includes assisting with process enhancements and maintaining proper filing system, including data management and file sharing
- Attend to employees’ queries on various HR-related matters
- Support in all ad-hoc activities and HR related matters as and when needed
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Preferably good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and the Singapore Labour Law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
- Meticulous and analytical
- Self-driven and able to work independently under tight deadline
