Role Description


As a Sales and Purchasing Manager in the automotive industry, you will manage the sales and purchasing activities of various transactions and projects for the company. This includes identifying customers' product needs and developing opportunities for sales. You will oversee the sales strategy with customers, and maintain relationships with suppliers while analyzing market trends and preferences to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.


You will also be responsible for negotiating deals, managing budgets, focusing on high-quality products, and project management to ensure that the operations, logistics, and fulfillment meet the planned schedule and financial targets. You will work as a team to collaborate with other members to optimize inventory levels, cross-selling opportunities, and supply chain processes.


Responsibilities

  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
  • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing.
  • Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
  • Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
  • Work with team members to achieve synergies for growth.


Requirements

  • Strong interest in the automotive industry
  • Have a natural charm and an encyclopedic knowledge of cars
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong Integrity, accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish, negotiate, and administer contracts.
  • Ability to converse and write in English and Mandarin
