This role involves regular travel to Asian countries at short notice. We seek candidates who are comfortable with and adaptable to this requirement.
- Offer technical assistance to customers regarding UPS and DC Systems, as well as Battery coordination.
- Liaise with end-users on-site to oversee Installation, Commission, and repair/maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate closely with customers and engineers to ensure that site work is conducted safely.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the startup and operation of UPS and DC Systems.
- Ensure timely execution of maintenance contracts and oversee work completion.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UPS and DC power industry.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Available to commence work immediately.
- Must have access to personal transportation.
