About the job
This is a newly created 2 year renewable / convertible contract role. Reporting to the Regional Head of Shared Services, you will:
- Work closely with HR team and internal stakeholders to support HR operations including benefits administration, work pass / visa application and renewal, HR report preparation and policies
- Provide administrative support for the employees’ life cycle activities from on-boarding to exit
- Maintain and upkeep of employees’ P-file database
- Be the point of contract to employees and external vendors for benefits and HR operations matters
- Support other HR projects as required
Skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ of HR experience, with experience supporting APAC region
- Team player and able to work with colleagues across the region
- Independent and meticulous
- Good knowledge of HR practices and policies for APAC region
