Roles & Responsibilities
· Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project timelines, and quality standards.
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, safety team and drafter to ensure smooth project execution.
· Prepare Method of Statement, shop drawing and presentation prior for initiate project.
· Supervise and motivate site team, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
· Resolve any technical issue, on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
· Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials usage, and manpower allocation.
