Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Curriculum Programme adheres to the Management's Core Values and Mission.
- Able to engage Parents actively and lead the Team effectively in planning activities.
- Responsible for Enrolment and Marketing Activities.
- Possess Good Communication Skills and Leadership Skills.
- Managing and Leading the Centre's staffs
- Responsible for Building and motivating the Team.
Requirements
- Minimally Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
- Certified by ECDA as L2.
- At least 2 Year(s) of supervisory experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experienced in Leading Centres to SPARK Accreditation.
- Familiar with ECDA Legislations and Operations.
- Required Skill(s): Team Player, Professional Deposition, Natural Leadership, Matured, Business Astuteness.
