Working Days: 5.5 days
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm;
Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
Working Location: Pandan Loop
Salary: $ 1,900 - $ 2,500
Job Description:
Responsible for the overall day to day maintenance and operations of vehicles and building.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for freezer trucks, office building and equipment.
- Coordinate and liaise with our drivers, in-house Technician and vendors or contractors to carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Update and maintain servicing & maintenance records.
- In charge of filing GIA reports and sending parking offence appeal requests.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.
Requirements:
- Polytechnic or ITE graduate in engineering field with at least 2 years of working experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Having a Class 3 driving license is a plus but not necessary.
- Preferably with basic knowledge & experience on any of the following:
- Vehicle maintenance
- Building maintenance & Workplace Safety
- CCTV, In vehicle camera & Fleet GPS Tracking System
