Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic Channel Partnerships Manager to bolster the retention and expansion of our flagship workplace product and enhance our broader offerings in the commercial sector. This role is instrumental in nurturing our global partnerships ecosystem, which is vital for demand generation, sales, implementation, managed services, and technical solutions. These efforts are crucial for redefining business processes, boosting productivity, and transforming employee experiences and organizational culture.

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be a key player in a global team, tasked with managing our existing Workplace partners and collaborating with key partners to maximize their client offerings.


Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a broad range of experience working across various geographies in technology and industry roles, encompassing both large corporations and start-ups. This role requires a blend of operational excellence and strategic planning to ensure the success of our partners and their practices with our B2B products.


Location:
This is a full-time, contract position based in our Singapore office.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and scale our global Workplace partnerships to enhance customer acquisition, implementation, and success for our B2B products.
  • Implement strategies and programs to elevate our resellers' capabilities in offering a broader suite of products.
  • Foster relationships with partners to explore new opportunities for collaboration with start-ups and funding initiatives for immersive technologies.
  • Manage and execute daily partner interactions and drive quarterly business plans, including direct relationship management.
  • Support sales through partner-led marketing activities and channel sales strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and conduct quarterly business reviews with partner executives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive partner engagement and success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in SaaS business development, with a strong background in SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus, especially for supporting key partners in Europe.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving early-stage product adoption through strategic ecosystem and channel initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving, program management, strategic thinking, negotiation, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for partner support and engagement.
