- Issue new invoice, delivery order & certificate
- Issue PO to vendor
- Generate license key
- Issue quotation (Renewal)
- Handle customer enquiries
- Created New Customer and MA Code
- Updating Weekly Order and MA File
- Ad Hoc request eg: history record / enquiries
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma holders with good communication and inter-personal skills
- Initiative and fast learner
- Good at numbers and presentation of numerical data
- At least 2 years working experience and in sales operation / admin or customer service function is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
