Mon – Thur : 8.30am – 6pm
Fri : 8.30am – 5.30pm
Lunch : 1 hr
Degree level – salary ranges from $3,200 - $3,500 per month depending on relevant working experience.
Job scope :
Assist Head NS Personnel Management in overseeing and monitoring the daily administrative matters in the NS Affairs of the NS Personnel Management.
• Preparing and execute the posting plans for SC (PES E, PES C and Mass Posting)
• Execute and assist Head PM in the Direct Enlistment Exercise for and OCTs transfers
• Creating warrant cards for trainees in the Enlistment exercise and OCT batch transfers.
• Mass release and loose release of NSF to NSmen and NSmen posting.
• Oversees the management and smooth running of the NS Records Office.
• Process NSF Applications for:
o Financial Assistance;
o Residing Overseas;
o Participation of activities outside of SPF/Part time-work.
• Monthly reports submission for NSF & NSmen and Ad Hoc reports such as State of Service.
• Process Extension of ORNS and Voluntary Extension of Service for SROD PNSman.
• Monitoring of PRISON listing for NSF and NSmen and management of PNSmen holding list in NSPAM.
• Process transfers of PNSmen within SPF.
• To process cessation to disruptions posting for PNSmen whom have ceased their exit permits and post them to their units/division for competition of their 10 cycle. And destroy dockets for those PNSmen that have SROD.
• To process change of service scheme and Rank reduction of PNSmen.
