We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who can work towards the company goals. The ideal candidate needs to be equipped with strong organization and sales skills, with extensive product knowledge and able to provide excellent customer service in order to promote the company services and products effectively.
- Identify and able to provide personalized solution to customer’s needs.
- Attend to customer’s feedback and questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
- Goal-Sales driven , self motivated individual with the ability to focus.
- Strong administrative skills and able to handle a fast paced environment.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with customers.
- Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Main task will include managing customer queries via whatsapp, social media and other platforms such as events/outlet.
- X factor and willing to go the extra mile to help customers.
- Savvy with all communications devices such as WhatsApp and multichannel platforms.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
