WTT PARTNERSHIPS SERVICES MANAGER
WTT is seeking a Partnership Services Manager to manage relationships with partners and deliver partners' rights and obligations with a focus on events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the delivery of WTT Partners rights with Sales and Events;
- Ensure cooperation between all stakeholders including event hosts, partners, suppliers, and WTT staff for a well-coordinated delivery;
- Attend selected events for onsite support, and when off-site, prepare briefing for the onsite-team to manage further implementation at the events;
- Collate partners' assets in the correct formats for branding approvals;
- Manage partners' hospitality and ticketing arrangements;
- Work with hosts and Events Team for pre-event preparation and onsite implementation support;
- Manage the coordination with WTT Partners' for their duties and obligations, including goods and services in kind, with a focus on sporting equipment and apparel;
- Work with WTT Partners to develop digital and onsite activations with players, media and other stakeholders.
- Prepare post-event report for WTT Partners
- Other task as required by WTT Business Development Director and Head of Partnerships Services
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
- Relevant tertiary education in Business, Marketing, Research or Sports Management;
- 2 – 4 years of experience in account servicing or marketing operations at a sporting organisation
- Understanding of partnerships, including assets, activations and hospitality
- Highly innovative and adaptive to the changing partnership landscape
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple events and accounts
- Proven track record in operational excellence
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Able to travel to global events to service partnerships on the ground (30-40% travel).
Desirable:
- Passion for sport and business;
- Ability to work in multiple languages, with a preference in South East Asian Languages
