Position: Property Officer/Executive (Strata Residential)
Salary: $2.5K-3.5K per month, can increase with experience
Requirements:Work 5.5 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Manage and take care of day-to-day tasks in residential properties
- Make sure common areas are well looked after by doing regular checks
- Help the team with their daily tasks
- Check on-site and make sure contractors are doing their work properly and on time
- Hire service providers properly and make sure they do a good job
- Keep track of service providers' monthly schedules, quotes, claims, and invoices
- Go to meetings with the Developer and/or the Council of the MCST and take notes
- Get quotes for repairs and maintenance
- Listen to residents' feedback and respond to them nicely and quickly
- Make a budget for the year and suggest how much money should go into the Maintenance Fund / Sinking Fund
- Make sure everyone follows the rules and laws about property management
- Help with any special work that needs to be done
