Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ACMV system design, installation, and commissioning in construction projects.
- Coordinate procurement of ACMV equipment and materials.
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Perform tests, inspections, and commissioning of ACMV systems for proper functionality and performance.
- Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation related to ACMV works for project management and client review
- Supervise and check sub-contractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, and regulations.
- Generate incident reports.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 years of working experience in the construction or mechanical related fields is required for this position.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
