We need a finance lead to deliver on our next chapter of strategy to drive profitable market share growth for the company while simplifying our portfolio. We are looking for a data driven, high energy finance professional with the ability to go deep into analysis/insight and the ability to influence and lead a heavily matrixed organization to drive action. The ideal candidate will have an independent perspective, high engagement and an execution focus and a sound understanding of the business.
This position will be accountable and responsible for partnering with the ASPAC Transformation office, SEA & North Asia Leadership Team, SEA & North Asia and ASPAC Finance team and Franchise Leadership Teams to:
- Efficiently oversee the finance perspective of the transformation project
- Gather and consolidate critical financial data to offer a strategic view to the management team.
- Foster clear communication and alignment with the organization's business strategy, utilizing change management and communication resources.
- Quantify and influence decision-making processes to achieve business transformation objectives, with a focus on enhancing quality, driving growth, and reducing costs and complexities within franchises and regions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of business within the transformation scope, comparing actual results to the budget.
- Analyse financial impact of portfolio change to facilitate portfolio discussion and decision-making process.
- Identify, manage, and communicate interdependencies and risks to stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Collect and manage critical cost and resource data, including key financials, to facilitate discussions on financial implications.
- Take responsibility for monitoring inventory across sales channels and act as the primary point of contact for related discussions.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with management, providing updates on the ongoing progress of projects in various aspects.
- Foster close collaboration with market finance teams to address a wide range of matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, with a minimum of 5 years of FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel skills are required and knowledge of macros and operating systems such as TM1, Cognos, SAP are desirable.
- Well-versed in Financial Modelling
- Previous analytical and/or management accounting experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
