Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, driving, and implementing the business strategy for the steel products group in the upstream oil and gas market(s).
- Evaluate tender inquiries, review requirements, and prepare comprehensive tender documents and proposals for submission.
- Maintain close communication with customers and business partners, fostering strong relationships.
- Conduct negotiations for prospective contracts and effectively manage ongoing contractual agreements.
- Stay updated on the local business environment, including laws, customs, and market trends, through regular market intelligence activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet supplier and customer requirements efficiently.
- Review and update contracts to ensure operational adherence and compliance.
- Actively participate in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the aluminum supply chain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience are preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Background in the metal business is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Demonstrates sound business acumen.
