Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Schedule Integrity for all Long Haul vessels including pushing for fast vessel turnaround for each port
- Responsible to generate annual Bunker Budget for all Long Haul services and ensure consistency across voyages
- Monitor CI/moves/stowage plan to match coastal port stay at every port, maintain Vessel turnaround within agreed proforma
- Daily communication with internal teams & vessel command to optimize the voyage PNL
- Monitoring Productivity of each terminal based on agent KPI
- Responsible for LMS updates to ensure schedule consistency
- Preparing Weekly Ops KPI report for OPPC weekly reporting on Long Haul services
- Monitor Monthly agency KPI performance and ensure agency compliance to targets
- Responsible for three (3) times per week schedule broadcast to internal stakeholders
- Conduct new proforma studies in line with Long Haul trades expansion
- Responsible to coordinate with CME on fuel curve consistency checks
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on change of vessel deployment, schedule changes, etc (Vessels, local agency, trade, logistics, procurement)
- Monitor off-hires (stoppages, breakdown) of vessels and any events impacting vessel schedule (closure, strike, etc) and communicate to business units and propose recovery if any
- Train and monitor performance of Agency Ops headcounts
Requirements
- Recognized Degree preferably in Maritime or Logistics, with at least 6 years of working experience in Liner Shipping or Poly Grad with 8-10 years of industry experience
- Candidate with sailing background (deck officer), short sea scheduling and Stowage planning experience will have added advantage
- Container Liner ops knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced certification in dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI preferred
- Experience in OOG / BBK is a plus
