Responsibilities:
- Facilitating comprehensive training programs for employees across Singapore and Asia Pacific offices, overseeing material review and participant selection.
- Efficiently coordinating both in-person and online training initiatives, managing scheduling, logistics, invoicing, and budgetary aspects.
- Working closely with HQ, team members, and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and customize interventions to address employee needs and skill gaps.
- Managing training records, including certifications and academic sponsorships, and providing system administration and support for internal learning systems.
- Developing and maintaining a dynamic Sharepoint Online site as a central repository for training resources, course calendars, policies, and references.
- Contributing to various improvement projects and providing comprehensive training support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and collaborative team player.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently while fostering teamwork.
- Proficiency in human resource digital software systems preferred.
- Advantageous to possess strong business management skills.
- Proactive approach to enhancing process productivity.
- Preferred proficiency in project management capabilities.
