Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm (Shift 1), 10.30am to 8pm (Shift 2), occassional Saturday or Sunday 9.30am to 2pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide service at the student reception counter and direct enquiries to the relevant departments
- Answer phone calls and attend to walk-in customers / parents / guardians
- Ensure teaching schedule in the portal is accurate and updated if there are changes such as change in relief teacher.
- Attend to students reporting to the school for classes
- Liaise with finance to ensure payment of study materials are made
- Liaise with other departments to ensure student issues are handled on time
- Prepare student movement, withdrawal, transfer documentation
- Work with the relevant departments to ensure student movement, withdrawal or transfers are completed smooth
- Attend all student related matters such as leave applications, medical leave, fees collection, placement test, enquiries
- Arrange placement tests and liaise with teachers on the marking and marketing agents for follow up actions
- Arrange counselling and prepare warning letters where necessary
- Liaise with Teachers on student progress reports
- Organisation of parent-teacher meetings
- Attend meetings and review executives KPIs and performance
- Work with HOD to review department's Operating Procedures
- Complete any service recovery and other customer related issues
- Organise and execute Graduation ceremony
- Assist in all internal assessments and audits.
- Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor
Requirements:
- Comfortable with shift work
- Ability to work fast and think on your feet.
- At least a diploma and a minimum of 1 year administrative experience
- Well written & spoken in English and Chinese (You must communicate with international students & parents)
- Good organization skills and able to work with sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative when required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
