Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee financial strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Manage comprehensive financial operations, including but not limited to full finance functions, tax, GST compliance, and reporting as per IRAS regulations.
- Optimize the use and functionality of ERP within financial operations.
- Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Implement robust financial controls and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with local laws and standards.
- Spearhead the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Drive the financial performance of the organization by providing insights and analysis for decision-making.
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields; advanced certifications (CPA or equivalent) are highly regarded.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance management role within the F&B industry.
- Expertise in utilizing ERP for financial management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations, including GST, tax laws, and IRAS requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing both direct and indirect reports.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
