Training Executive Internship
- Prepare training materials for training sessions
- Send course confirmation and notifications
- Scheduling of training courses and trainers.
- Maintenance of LMS (Learning Management System)
- Credit Controls
- Invoicing and issuing of certificates
- Logistic arrangement for training for physical onsite training.
- Ensure updates to training materials
- Preparation of reports
- Handle members’ quries on phones and emails
- Administrative duties
Requirements:
- Possesses at least a recognised diploma or GCE “A” level, with at least 3 years of working experience in processing of applications and administrative works.
- Minimum 1 year of administration duties
- Able to work independently
- Able to have good customer service skill
- Hardworking, detail and meticulous
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Administration skill
- Ability to produce timely and accurate monthly
- Only Singapore Citizens need apply
Contract Type: 12 Months (Renewal)
Salary: SGD800 to SGD1,200
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (onsite)
Commencement: Immediate
