Membership Executive Internship
- Process membership applications including the tracking and following up for incomplete submissions
- Prepare membership package for new members
- Communication with members - respond to membership-related enquiries, feedback and requests via phone calls and emails.
- Perform backend membership processes, data maintenance and update members’ particulars in the database, ensure memberships are processed with a high degree of accuracy
- Invoicing and tracking of membership subscription
- Assist with renewal notification to members
- Assist with fact-finding on membership feedback matters and proactive highlight any business operations issues
- Assist with user acceptance testing on membership systems
- Assist in data analytics and cleaning
- Provide administrative support and any other duties as and when necessary
Requirements:
- Possesses at least a recognised diploma or GCE “A” level, with at least 3 years of working experience in processing of applications and administrative works
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as meticulous to detail are critical.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with capabilities to attend customers’ enquiries
- Willingness to take up new job responsibilities when required
- Proficient in MS office Application, especially Excel
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Prior experience in a membership organisation or banks backend operations will be advantageous.

Contract Type: 12 Months (Renewal)
Salary: SGD2,500 to SGD3,000
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (onsite)
Commencement: Immediate
