Responsibilities
- Issue quotations, acknowledge customer purchase orders and send invoices
- Ensure customers’ orders are processed promptly and accurately
- Ensure coordination on stock readiness, availability and delivery schedules
- Respond customer queries and expedite requests
- Ensure delivery and customer requirements are met
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in a customer service function
- A team player, meticulous and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Possess good problem solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
