My Client is a leading stable firm in Singapore.
Role Summary:
As the lead overseeing cybersecurity capability development within our firm and the Maritime sector, you will serve as the foremost authority in cybersecurity, specializing in on-premise and cloud computing infrastructure solutions, including multi/hybrid cloud design and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain best practices for private/public/hybrid cloud infrastructure, encompassing Compute, Storage, Network, and Security.
- Identify and propose innovative services to enhance infrastructure elements, facilitating agile application development and deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to develop, test, and deploy security features of emerging Cloud Infrastructure technologies.
- Stay abreast of industry cybersecurity practices, emerging threats, and technologies, offering insights to the CIO and CISO to strengthen the Maritime sector's cybersecurity posture.
- Implement necessary security controls to safeguard the firm's data and infrastructure.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of IT and OT systems within the firm to evaluate the effectiveness of security designs and controls against contemporary cyber threats. Provide cybersecurity assessments to relevant departments to refine frontend and backend software systems and introduce security controls to protect application infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Possess certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or other relevant accredited certifications in cybersecurity.
- Hold a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT/OT-related roles.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Exhibit strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Collaborate effectively within teams to achieve shared objectives.
