Job Summary:

In this position, you’ll be tasked to assist various stakeholders in the business unit and supporting business activities. Additionally, you will play a vital role in delivering all tasks in an efficient and timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and country legislations.
Responsibilities:
· Investigate and resolve customer remittances queries in accordance with the established service level agreement and payment guidelines .
· Work with business units , agent banks/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries .
· Process failed remittances in accordance to procedures
· Other ad hoc tasks assign by Team Manager .
Requirements:
· Related experience in payments is highly desired.
· Fresh graduates with the right attitude can be considered .
· Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills.
· Good knowledge of intermediate level Excel functions ( v lookup, pivot table)
· Good verbal and written communication skill.
· Able to work well in a team
