Job purpose
We are seeking an experienced auto finance industry professional to join our dynamic sales team as Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, manage full sales cycle, and achieving the company's financial goals.
Responsibilities
· Proactively generate new sales leads via various channels and leveraging existing relationships with car dealers.
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners and dealers, etc.
· Conduct regular market research to understand trends and competitors, consistently provide product/ market feedback to the senior management.
· Collaborate with the team to strategize how to approach potential clients.
· Ensure the customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and post-sales.
· Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
· Good understanding of the auto finance industry and its sales approach is mandatory.
· 3 to 5 years of working experience in a relevant field.
· Good track record of exceeding sales KPIs.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships.
· Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
